Ukrainian agricultural products export up 21.4%

As of this year Jan-May, Ukrainian agricultural products’ export has boosted to US$8.97 milliard, up 21.4% against last year similar, Ukrinform says referring to Olga Trofimtseva, Ukrainian Acting Minister of Agrarian Policy and Foods, Facebook report.
«Within 2019 first 5 months, Ukrainian agricultural products’ export has grown to US$8.97 milliard, up 21.4% (US$21.4 milliard) against 2018 similar. This export makes 42.9% of the Ukrainian total goods export ,» the report reads.
As to Trofimsteva, as of this year Jan-May, biggest 10 purchasing countries of the Ukrainian agricultural products were China (purchased for US$794.9 million); India (US$740.9 million); Egypt (US$737.4 million); Turkey (US$683.7 million); the Netherlands (US$640.8 million); Spain (US$502.8 million); Italy (US$333.3 million); Poland (US$300.6 million); Belarus (US$278.8 million); Germany (US$250.3 million).
As to Trofimtseva, the TOP-10 agricultural products’ export positions were: maize (US$3 milliard); vegetable oils (US$1.88 milliard); wheat (US$974 million); cake and other solid wastes of sunoil output (US$479.2 million); soybeans (US$431.9 million); poultry meat and poultry meat by-products (US$255.9 million); cake and other solid wastes of soyoil output (US$141.2 million); soyoil (US$111 million); tobacco products (US$107.7 million) and barley (US$77.9 million).
