VIOIL is actively purchasing soybeans

08.11.2018 15:00 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — ViOil plans to process 100,000 tons of soybeans in 2018/2019 in its multicultural plants. Company is preparing for a new season of processing this culture.

Last few years in Ukraine and in the world is growing demand for soybean meal and butter. Therefore, ViOil is constantly updating and upgrading processing equipment. Now soybean processing capacity of one of Vinnytsia oil refineries is 1,100 tons of soybeans per day. Second plant continues to work with sunflower seeds. "Ukrainian soybean by-products are of high quality and they have shown well themselves on world markets. Demand for them will remain high, — said Bogdan Koroviy, head of Sales Department for finished products of ViOil industrial group. «In addition, domestic market for soybean meal looks quite interesting.» VOFPP will begin soy processing at the end of December. ViOil group exports bulk of soybean meal and oil to European Union, Belarus, as well as to countries of South-East Asia.
