Mykola Azarov: I require a maximum assist in conducting agricultural fairs
05.09.2012 13:04 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) —
The local authorities should maximally assist in conducting agricultural fairs in the autumn, when people are actively storing vegetables and fruits for the winter. This was stressed by the Prime Minister Mykola Azarov at a Government meeting on September 5, 2012, says Government Portal.
Prime Minister has required of the regional administrations heads and city mayors to create the most favorable conditions for fairs selling agricultural products.
«Hold them, maybe even more than once a week. Give peasant farmers the opportunity to take out all surpluses in the city and sell it, and for the townspeople - to buy products at a reasonable price,» Mykola Azarov said. Meanwhile, he added the price stability in the food market in each
region - a «personal responsibility of the regions and cities heads.»
