Ministry of Economic Development updates forecast of Russia’s development

RF Deputy Minister of Economic Development Andrei Klepach says that on Friday the Ministry will present the government with an updated forecast of Russia’s socio-economic development until 2015, reports Voice of Russia
with reference to ITAR-TASS.
As to Klepach, the inflation outlook for this year has been increased from an estimated 56% to 7%.
According to reviewed data, the inflation for next year is estimated at 6 5%, and in 2014 and 2015 45%.
As to report, the average dollar rate this year will be 31.3 rubles. Previously, it was forecast at 29.2 rubles. Economists believe that in 2013 the dollar will cost 32.4 rubles, consistently growing by about 6 -7 kopeks per year.
Besides, Klepach said the Ministry had upped the forecast for capital outflow for 2012 more than two-fold estimating it at 5060 billion dollars.
