Andriy Klyuyev called the basic directions of the state economic policy for 2012

The stimulation of modernization of the real sector of economy — among the main directions of the state economic policy the next year. It was declared by the First Vice Prime Minister — Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev, introducing the draft of the Government program of economic and social development of Ukraine for 2012 and the basic directions of development for 2013–2014 at session of the Government.
As he said, it is supposed to apply a number of mechanisms of the state support — from support of the enterprises-manufacturers on credit conditions, including by means of the state defensive order, before introducing of the state order for production. «Such support, first of all, will be directed on projects of structural modernization of the industry,» Andriy Klyuyev has added.
In plans for the next year as the First Vice Prime Minister has noted, — introduction of high technologies in leading industries of economy and increase in volumes of release of hi-tech and competitive goods. As he said, using mechanisms of state-private partnership, the organization of a batch production of new planes, carrying out of modernization of capacities of the enterprises of aircraft construction is planned; restoration of activity of the enterprises of shipbuilding. New samples of space technique plan to produce in cooperation with foreign partners.
«Next year almost at all industrial enterprises will plan reducing of material costs, economy of power resources. At separate from them will take place is production escalating of export capable and import substitution goods at the expense of introduction new resource- and energy-saving technologies,» Andriy Klyuyev has noted.
The First Vice Prime Minister named the technological modernization of production an unconditional priority.
