Nutrena® presents Gillian Higgins' "Horses Inside Out" at the International Equestrian Festival

21.09.2010 10:38 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — the International Equestrian Festival in Lexington, Ky., Nutrena® brand horse feed presents Gillian Higgins’ «Horses Inside Out,» a unique, visual presentation to help horse owners better understand the anatomy, biomechanics and physiology of their horses. Higgins, a sports and remedial physiotherapist based in the U.K., will paint the equine skeleton and digestive system on the sides of a real horse. Educational and interactive, her presentation shows horse owners how understanding their horse’s anatomy can help improve performance, reduce injury and maintain physiological and muscular condition. The presentation will take place at Nutrena®-sponsored Eco Track Park, located at the center of the International Equestrian Festival tradeshow floor at the Lexington Convention Center: Tuesday, Sept. 28 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. «Higgins’ passion for equine health shines through as she creates amazing visuals right on the outside of real horses,» said Jackie Rieck, manager of the Nutrena® brand. «It’s a unique and innovative approach to education that speaks to the same passion we have at Nutrena® for the care and feeding of animals.»
