Ukrainian Q1 2018 nitrogen fertilizers export totaled US$34 mln, import – US$117 mln

10.04.2018 15:12 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — Ukrainian Jan-Mar 2018 nitrogen mineral and chemical fertilizers (under foreign activity code 3102) has totaled 169,941 tonnes for US$34.238 million (import — 558,292 tonnes for US$117.265 million), Interfax-Ukraine says referring the Ukrainian State Fiscal Service report. As to the report, within Jan-Mar 2018, Ukraine has exported nitrogen mineral and chemical fertilizers to Turkey for US$14.846 million (Mexico — US$7.085 million, Romania — US$3.983 million, and other countries — US$8.325 million). As to the report, within Jan-Mar 2018, Ukraine has imported nitrogen mineral and chemical fertilizers from the Russian Federation for US$21.929 million (Uzbekistan — US$21.929 million, Lithuania — US$15.372 million and other countries — US$49.1 million). Reportedly, in addition, within Jan-Mar 2018, Ukraine has exported 1,474 tonnes of ammonia (code 2814) for US$433,000 (imported 114,906 tonnes for US$41.965 million; all the ammonia was imported from the Russian Federation). As to the earlier report, as of 2011, Ukraine exported nitrogen mineral and chemical fertilizers for US$1.69 milliard (imported — for US$153.347 million), as of 2012 — for US$1.695 milliard (imported — US$163.234 million), as of 2013 — for US$1.134 milliard (imported — US$211.822 million), as of 2014 — for US$647.623 million (imported — US$175.747 million), as of 2015 — for US$521.552 million (impted — US$212.931 million), as of 2016 — for US$321.614 million (imported — US$216.095 million), as of 2017 — for US$125.427 million (imported — US$337.346 million). Besides, as of 2011, Ukraine exported ammonia for US$594.942 million (imported — for US$0.006million), as of 2012 — for US$640.281 million (imported — US$0.026 million), as of 2013 — for US$628.606 million (imported — for US$40.412 million), as of 2014 — for US$314.713 million (imported — US$43.518 million), as of 2015 — for US$251.937 million (imported — for US$28.676 million), as of 2016 — for US$40.569 million (imported — US$51.802 million), as of 2017 — for US$42.969 million (imported — US$123.012 million).
