Belarus, Slovenia to expand cooperation within Central European Initiative

Belarus and Slovenia are going to expand cooperation within the Central European Initiative. The corresponding issues were discussed within the meeting between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Hungary with concurrent accreditation to Slovenia Alexander Khainovsky with representatives of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Belarus Radio says referring to the Belarus Ministry of Foreign Affairs press service report.
As to the report, the sides discussed the organization of joint events within 2017, including those timed to the 25th anniversary of Belarus-Slovenia diplomatic relations.
The organization of the next session of the Belarusian-Slovenian intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific, and technical cooperation was also discussed. The organization of a Belarusian-Slovenian business forum was mentioned.
As to the report, the advancement of Belarus dialogue with the European Union was also high on the agenda.
