As of last week Fri, while speaking within the «Hour of Questions to the Government» at the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament), Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman urged the members of Parliament to take a statesmanlike approach to the adoption of the Budget-2017, which will start the process of reviving the national economy and establishing social justice in the country, Government Portal reports.
As to the report, Groisman urged the MPs to cast aside political views and to support the State budget for 2017 and related laws.
«I deeply believe that there is an absolute majority of parliamentary factions and groups, individual deputies in the Ukrainian Parliament who have a statist position. Let us give people what they deserve. Lets just say that those last difficult years, they had lived from the beginning of the Russian aggression, were not in vain, that the times when we had to actually survive, they survived, and now we can start a completely different process the process of revival of the national economy, and the process of raising real social standards,» the Prime Minister stressed.
