Azarov: Our goal is to make Ukraine a highly developed power

Prime Minister stressed that over the past two years more significant changes had occurred in the country than over the past 20 years: "It was hard, but now from year to year it will be easier and easier. The tasks become more complex, more difficult but at the same time more interesting. Transormation of our country to a highly developed power is the major task, that we are facing. "
In this regard, the Head of the Government noted the need for the Party of Regions to swing the election: "We shall maintain the course, which ensured the development of Ukraine. And also, not to give a chance to the chaos, that occurred a few years ago, to return. "
Mykola Azarov said that the Government was actively working on implementing the programme «Affordable Housing», which would allow young families to buy apartments at an affordable price. "This year, roughly about 8000 families will be eligible for a long-term 15-year loan at 3% per annum. We have recently lowered the initial contributions and we wish to reach about 100 thousand apartments a year, "- said Prime Minister, adding that it is planned to recreate the big construction industry in the country.
He also noted that the government would soon endorse a law in the field of IT-technologies, «It will provide an opportunity for the development of highly competitive sectors of economy, all the more so, because there are human resources in Ukraine».
