Cabinet raised Ukragroleasing statutory fund to UAH436.1 mn, up UAH160 mn

Cabinet has boosted National Joint Stock company Ukragroleasing statutory fund by UAH160 mn, up to UAH436.1 mn, reported Minister of Agrarian Policy Yuriy Melnyk. As to Melnyk, Cabinet had adopted corresponding Decree on Wed meeting. Minister said necessary financial means had been earlier allocated from State budget; finances were used for agricultural machinery (to be subsequently let on lease) purchase. Now, Cabinet has raised Ukragroleasing statutory fund by same money amount. As to news-agencies, Government Agrarian Policy Committee Oct 2 meeting has approved Cabinet draft Decree “About Bringing Changes to Statute of National Joint Stock Company Ukragroleasing,” providing bringing alterations to Ukragroleasing statute in articles referring to statutory fund raising (due to Cabinet Oct 11, 2006 Decree). It is to be reminded, as to Cabinet Oct 11, 2006 Decree, Ministry of Agrarian Policy had transferred to Ukragroleasing bank accounts financial means stipulated by 2006 State budget due to Program “Raising of Statutory Fund of National Joint Stock Company Ukragroleasing in order to Purchase Agricultural Machinery, Trucks and Agricultural Processing Equipment to be Subsequently Let on Lease.” In 1999 State-owned leasing company Ukragroleasing was created instead of State Leasing Fund; later on, as to Cabinet Apr 2001 Decree, National Joint Stock Company Ukragroleasing was founded on basis of State-owned leasing company Ukragroleasing in order to assure letting on lease agricultural machinery/equipment to agrarians.
