Belarus: the enterprises of department on bakeries have increased manufacture of a flour(torment)

12.04.2007 13:53 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — The enterprises of flour-grinding branch of Belarus in January-March, 2007 have increased manufacture of a flour(torment) in comparison with the similar period of 2006 by 8,9 % and have made 155,5 thousand t this production, have told in department on bakeries of the Ministry of Agriculture and the foodstuffs of Belarus, is spoken on a site «Agrobel.by». From total amount of release on wheat flour 88,3 thousand t (growth of manufacture on 5,3 %), on rye — 64,6 thousand t (on 12,8 % it is more) is necessary. Besides the enterprises of department in small volumes made a flour(torment) from tritikale, an oats, barley, grechikhi. In department have noticed, that since January all the enterprises have started the production some wheat flour according to requirements of new standard STB 1666–2006 according to which 9 grades and 17 marks of wheat flour depending on its(her) characteristics and maintenances(contents) klejkoviny are allocated. In particular, the flour(torment) on color, krupnosti, zolnosti, belizne, to the maintenance(contents) and qualities crude klejkoviny is subdivided into a grade ekstra, the maximum(supreme) perfect, the maximum(supreme), krupchatku, the first perfect, the first, the second perfect, the second and obojnuyu. In I quarter 13,3 thousand t flours(torments) it is made(produced) in the packed up kind (almost at a level of volume of three months of the last year). The flour(torment) is packed up from 1 kg up to 5 kg in various kinds of packing — polyethylene, polipropilenovye, paper bags, a card(map) of a box. This production is intended for realization in a trading network of republic. Manufacturers continue to increase volumes of release of flour mixes and semifinished items from the flour(torment), the farinaceous dishes intended for fast preparation in house conditions. In particular, semifinished items for pancakes, fritters, olady, pizzas, fruitcakes, other batch are issued. Besides combines of bakeries realize grain for prorashchivaniya in house conditions, grain bran. In total in January-March together with a flour(torment) it is made(produced) 201,8 thousand t flour production (on 8 % more, than in the similar period of 2006). For manufacture of a flour(torment) manufacturers use domestic grain — a rye, an oats, tritikale, wheat. As uluchshitelya for preparation of baking wheat flour import food wheat which the enterprises get as required also is added. In charge of department on bakeries 17 flour-grinding enterprises work. They deliver a weight flour(torment) to the enterprises khlebopecheniya and public catering of republic, small volumes of a rye flour(torment) are shipped to Ukraine, packed up production is realized through trading organizations of Belarus.
