"Rostselmash" and the Savings Bank have signed the cooperation agreement

According to press-service " Rostselmash ", selkhozproizvoditeli 7 areas of Russia have received additional opportunities in the field of crediting. The General director of company " Rostselmash " Valery Maltsev and chairman of Volga region bank of the Savings Bank of Russia Victor ShChurenkov have signed the contract about cooperation with the purpose of creation of favorable financial-credit conditions to the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex for updating park of agricultural machinery.
Thus, more an easy approach to financial resources of the Savings Bank of Russia have received selkhozproizvoditeli 7 areas — the Samara, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg, Saratov, Volgograd, Astrakhan and Penza areas.
In opinion of the parties(sides), the agreement has designated a new stage in mutual relations of the enterprise and bank. Companies " Rostselmash " it will allow to increase essentially selling of production due to the offer to consumers of new financial tools at purchase zerno-and kormouborochnykh combines. To the Savings Bank — to strengthen positions in the market of credit services. This interest of bank is supported with escalating demand for technics(technical equipment) «Rostselmash» which in the given region in 2007 selkhozgodu is estimated(appreciated) approximately in 2 billion roubles. The company expects to realize on territories of functioning of Volga region bank of the Savings Bank of Russia about 700 combines.
On conditions of the program, the bank grants a loan to peasants on purchase of combines «Rostselmash» within 7 years. The initial payment makes 20 %, and in some cases — less than 10 % from cost of a combine.
Owing to the contract about cooperation, buyers of technics(technical equipment) «Rostselmash» have an opportunity to get on credit technics(technical equipment) which has not acted(arrived) yet on a platform of the dealer, and is in territory of the enterprise.
Crediting selkhozproizvoditelej on purchase of combines is carried out within the limits of the joint program «Rostselmash» and the Savings Bank of Russia " the Credit on the security of got technics(technical equipment) ". Today under this program eight territorial banks of the Savings Bank already work: Altay, Southwest, North-Caucasian, Central Black Earth, Volgo-Âÿòñêèé, Ural, West-Ural and Zapadno-Siberian.
