Chinese mission to estimate Ukrainian domestic poultry health State control system

12.10.2018 21:41 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — As of this year Oct 10, a mission of the People Republic of China began working within Ukraine to estimate the work of the system of the domestic poultry health State control, Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food says referring to the Ukrainian Foods Safety Service (Ukrainian State Service for Foods Safety and Consumer Protection) reports. As to the report, the mission arrived to Ukraine on the initiative of the Foods Safety Service. «Our task is, while staying within Ukraine, to do our best to strengthen our cooperation and enhance our bilateral trade,» the representatives of the Chinese delegation emphasized while meeting with Andriy Zhuk, First Deputy Chairman of the Foods Safety Service. As to the report, the Chinese colleagues learned the structure, functions and powers of the Foods Safety Service and its territorial bodies, the system of State laboratories, measures to monitor the poultry health of birds, procedures of the State control, etc. Reportedly, the Chinese mission will learn the work of the State Labor Inspectorate for Laboratory Diagnostics, Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise as well as of the regional laboratories and the Foods Safety Service territorial bodies. Also the mission will visit the poultry farms and meet with the representatives of the Ukrainian poultry farmers’ profile association.
