Groisman: We will continue developing agricultural producers support programs

Ukrainian Government, within the framework of its policy of economic growth, will continue the practice of introducing mechanisms to support the domestic producers (initially within the agricultural sector) and attracting investments, including through the industrial parks’ formation, Government Portal says referring to Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman last week report.
As to Groisman, the Government has adopted a program of compensation of 25–30% of the cost of construction and reconstruction of farms/dairy complexes, as well as a compensation program of 25% of the cost of Ukraine-made agricultural machinery purchases.
«And if it goes about a small farmer, then we will compensate 40% of the cost of the agricultural machinery,» he admitted.
Besides, Groisman also reminded that there is a program of compensation for the cost of planting material for the domestic gardeners (regardless of the garden companies’ size).
«Thus, you are welcome to plant the gardens, and so receive 80% of the compensation for the planting material cost,» he stressed.
Besides, Groisman also highlighted the Government support of domestic agrarians who are, as to him, the basis of the domestic agricultural output: presently the Government support totals UAH1 milliard.
«These finances include loans, mineral fertilizers and planting material cheapening. Thus, we are going to support the domestic farming,» he stressed.
It is to be admitted, Groisman noted that an export-credit agency is to start working as soon as this autumn.
«I also support the draft Law on the creation of domestic industrial parks. I am going to make this issue my priority - since it is necessary to continue creating the mechanisms of the investments’ attraction,» Groisman emphasized.
