«Issuing of internal passports in the form of an ID card with an electronic digital signature will begin this autumn, and MobileID (an EDS on a SIM card) will be launched in Ukraine by the end of the year,» he writes.
Groisman admits that the provision of Ukrainians with reliable means of electronic identification contributed to the spread of electronic services. So far such a means within Ukraine is an electronic digital signature. «So I would advise all Ukrainians who do not yet have an EDS to get it,» he added.
As to him, introduction of the electronic services was a priority for the Ukrainian Government. Therefore, it is planned to introduce a number of online services by the end of the year, in particular, online childbirth and marriage registration.
As to him, the most popular electronic service now is the registration of an individual entrepreneur. A total of 1,211 entrepreneurs have already been registered with the help of this service.
