JETRO delegation arrives in Ukraine to get acquainted with investment opportunities and projects

As of today, Ukrainian First Vice Prime Minister, Economic Development and Trade Minister of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv has met with the delegation of entrepreneurs from the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), who arrived in Ukraine to get acquainted with Ukrainian investment opportunities and projects, Ukrinform says referring to the Governmental portal report.
As to the report, within the meeting, Kubiv stressed the importance of increasing Japanese investment in Ukraine as now Ukraine is attractive for creating new and expanding existing production capacities, given the achieved macroeconomic stabilization and growth in all key sectors of the economy, particularly, industrial production.
As to the report, Kubiv also specified that the establishment of close political and economic contact with Japan was one of the most important tasks and priorities of Ukraine.
To build on such ties, it is necessary to establish an effective B2B contact among the entrepreneurs in Ukraine and Japan, Kubiv noted.
