President: Ukraine is the most Euro-optimistic country of Europe

22.11.2016 10:14 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — As of yesterday, while speaking within the festivities on the occasion of the Day of Dignity and Freedom, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko emphasized that the Revolution of Dignity had drawn the line under the Russian Soviet past and the post-Soviet period of development of the Ukrainian state, President Petro Poroshenko Press Office reports. «Ukraine is the most Euro-optimistic country in Europe,» the President noted. He emphasized that certain countries of the EU were overwhelmed with Euroscepticism and urged to learn from Ukrainians «how to love Europe, fight for European values and reform the State». As to him, within the past three years after the Euromaidan, Ukraine has faced severe challenges: «We have lost the best ones. We have endured numerous disappointments. But we never give up because we know that the country is on the right way». The President emphasized that the experience gained tempers and leaves no doubts about our victory. «Today, Ukraine and Europe are much closer to one another than three years ago. This means that plans and requirements of the Euromaidan are being implemented,» he added.
