Azarov: Ukraine is interested to settle all the problems with EU and Russia as soon as possible

Ukraine is interested to settle all the problems with the European Union and Russia.
The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov emphasized that during a meeting with the member of the National Assembly of France Thierry Mariani, Government Portal reports.
«We must settle all the issues in the Ukraine - EU - RF triangle of interests as fast as possible,» the Head of Government said.
Speaking about the need to make a pause in the Eurointegration process, the Premier has set such example: a car driver is moving along the road and plans it will take him certain time to achieve the destination, then the weather is getting worse, it’s sleet and the road becomes slippery. An experienced driver lowers the speed and if the weather conditions make the travel dangerous, he even stops, M. Azarov stressed.
He reiterated that European integration remains a key priority of our country and every week the Government approves normative acts approaching Ukraine to the EU standards.
In turn, the French member of the National Assembly noted: «In the west it is often forgotten that in Ukraine the President and the Parliament are elected on legal grounds and this legitimacy has been recognized on the international level. And if the protesters block the country a year before the elections, it can be taken as an attempt of a subtle coup d’etat».
