As of 2017, Artvinery boosted its Ukrainian sparkling wine market share

As of this week, while sharing an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine, Artvinary marketing director Evgheniya Stadnik said as of 2017, the Artvinery, one of the Eastern Europe largest sparkling wine producers, boosted its share on the Ukrainian sparkling wine market to 20.6%, up against 19.4% within 2016, Interfax-Ukraine says referring the company said.
«The volume of production of sparkling Artvineri over the past year amounted to 10.26 million bottles against 12.3 million bottles within 2016. The average annual volume of export sales of sparkling wines of the company is about 15% of the total figure,» she said.
As to her, EU countries (in part., Germany), the CIS countries (Russia, Azerbaijan) and the countries of Asia are promising directions for the company export development.
She noted that so far no plans can be made for restoring of the Ukrainian sparkling wine market to the indicators of 2013, when the volume was 69 million bottles.
In meanwhile, so far Artvinery is going to strengthen its positions on the Ukrainian market and further expand its export geography.
«Artvinery will continue developing its network of sparkling wine bars ‘Charte bar’. Thus, in part., Artvinery is going to open its new wine bars within the Ukrainian cities with a million population. This project is one of the main and most efficient channels of communication with the target audience,» she noted.
It is to be admitted, Artvinery is one of the largest producers of sparkling wines (with a traditional bottle method) within the Eastern Europe. The Artivinery wine plant capacity is 25 million bottles a year. The Artvinery output facilities are located within Bakhmut (Donetsk region). The Artvinery TMs are Crimea, Artemovske, Krimart, Charte and Soloking.
As of now, the Artvinery export covers over 20 countries.
