State Employment Service helped about 720,000 Ukrainians to get jobs within 2016

About 720,000 unemployed Ukrainians have found jobs thanks to the Ukrainian State Employment Service within 2016, Ukrinform says referring to the Government portal report.
«This year the government has helped 720,000 Ukrainians to get jobs. On average, 3,000 people a day find jobs with the assistance of the Ukrainian State Employment Service,» the report reads.
In meanwhile, the Ukrainian State Employment Service admits today there are 6 applicants per one vacancy, while last year this figure was twice as much.
The Service admits the Ukrainian job centers have employed almost 160,000 entrepreneurs within 2016 (up 6,000 against last year). Correspondingly, the number of vacancies has grown by 869,300 (the staffing level of which has boosted to 82%).
