Within reporting week Ukrainian dairy products’ producers have boosted some of their ready products’ domestic market wholesale and retail sale prices. Prices’ boost has been prompted mainly by domestic raw milk output gradual decline (caused by seasonality factor) and rather active export. Besides, prices’ boost has been also supported by fact of Ukrainian cows’ number continuous decline: thus, as of this year Jun 1 (as to Ukrainian State Statistics Committee data), Ukrainian cows’ number has declined to 2.274.7 mn heads (without territories of temporary occupied Crimea and ATO zone), down 6.5% against last year similar.
