Ukrainian export market dairy products’ prices remained rather stable, thus preventing domestic market prices from further lowering. Besides, at same time, domestic market prices were as earlier pressed by seasonality factor and domestic market low demand. It is to be admitted, within this week global market tendency remained mainly declining what additionally pressed Ukrainian domestic market prices. In meanwhile, this week Ukrainian home market WMP prices remained UAH45,550 per kg (same as within previous week); however, external market WMP prices have lowed to US$2,2002,400 per MT (down 1.08% as of last week). Experts admit within this week Ukrainian home market WMP offer/balance has remained unchanged against previous week. It is to be mentioned, within this week Ukraine external market WMP prices were pressed by global market declining tendency. This week Ukrainian domestic market block butter (72.5% fat, DSTU) prices were UAH4042,5 per kg (unchanged against previous week/down 5.31% as of previous month similar); export market block butter (72.5% fat, DSTU) prices were US$2,1002,400 per MT (unchanged against previous week/down 2.17% as of last month similar). It is to be admitted, within this week domestic market faced butter high offer and low demand; however, despite of that, Ukrainian butter producers continued retaining their domestic market sale prices from lowering thanks to their export market sales’ geography enlarging. As of this week, Ukrainian domestic market cheese prices remained UAH7278 per kg (unchanged as of last week); export market prices ranged within US$3,4004,000 per MT (same as within previous week). As earlier, within this week Ukrainian export market cheese demand continued slackening thus making pressure upon export prices. As of this week, Ukrainian domestic market casein prices have weakened to UAH102110 per kg (down 1.40% against previous week/down 6.19% as of last month similar); export market prices have dipped to US$4,3004,500 per MT (down 2.22% as of last week/down 5.25% against previous month similar). Within this week Ukrainian casein output remained high due to seasonality factor. In meanwhile, this week Ukrainian export market casein demand was slack what pressed Ukrainian domestic/export markets’ casein prices. Within reporting week Ukrainian domestic market demineralized whey prices have dropped to UAH11,7012,50 per kg (down 0.41% against previous week/down 2.81% as of last month similar); export market prices were US$435500 per MT (unchanged as of last week/down 1.97% as of previous month similar). As of this week, Ukrainian domestic market classic whey prices fluctuated within UAH10,2010,80 per kg (up 3.45% against previous week/down 3.07% as of last month similar); export market prices ranged within US$400410 per MT (unchanged against previous week/down 0.46% as of last month similar). Within reporting week Ukrainian export market whey demand has slightly grown but not enough to stimulate country export market whey prices’ boost. It is to be admitted, within this week Ukrainian domestic producers’ unsold demineralized whey reserves continued pressing down country domestic market demineralized whey prices. However, unsold classic whey reserves were low what enabled producers to raise their domestic market classic whey prices. In meanwhile, this week Ukrainian inner market GOST canned milk prices remained UAH11,814,0 per can (380 gr), same as within previous week.
