In meanwhile, within reporting week global market dairy products’ prices continued going up thus resulting in Ukrainian domestic market prices’
corresponding growth. It is to be admitted, within this week Ukrainian both domestic and export markets were characterized with prices’ growth, as there
was no prospect of global market prices’ decline. Besides, prices’ growth was stimulated also by RF domestic market raw milk output seasonal lowering.
Within this week Ukrainian domestic market SMP prices have boosted to UAH2325 per kg (up 4.3% as of last week/up 10.86% against last month similar),
export to US$2,4503,100 per MT (up 2.78% as of previous week/up 11.27% against last month similar). It is to be admitted, within this week Ukrainian
export market demand continued growing thus causing domestic market prices’ boost.
As of this week, Ukraine exported SMP to RF at US$2,9003,100 per MT.
In meanwhile, within reporting week Ukrainian domestic/export markets’ WMP prices remained same as within previous week: domestic UAH3536 per kg (export
US$3,4003,600 per MT). There were no domestic/export markets’ sales. Ukrainian producers’ WMP reserves were high.
Within this week internal market block butter (72.5% fat, DSTU) prices have strengthened to UAH3435 per kg (up 2.99% against previous week/up 2.99% as of
last month similar). At same time, foreign market prices have risen to US$3,3003,500 per MT (up 3.03% as of previous week/up 1.10% as of last month
similar).
It is to be admitted, within this week Ukrainian domestic market demand growth (caused by Ukrainian summer vacations’ period ending and butter output
seasonal decline) has stimulated butter prices’ corresponding boost.
As of this week, Ukrainian domestic market cheese prices ranged within UAH4550 per kg (same as within previous week, but down 6.17% against previous month
similar); export market prices were US$5,3005,900 per MT (same as within last week, but up 0.67% against previous month similar).
As earlier, within this week Ukrainian domestic/export cheese markets’ demand remained unchanged.
Within reporting week Ukrainian domestic market casein prices have declined to UAH5662 per kg (down 5.98% against last month similar); export market
prices were US$6,8007,100 per MT (same as within previous week, but up 9.66% against previous month similar).
As of this week, Ukrainian domestic/export markets’ casein offer remained unchanged.
Within this week Ukrainian domestic market demineralized whey prices were UAH8,308,50 per kg (same as within previous week, but up 0.59% against previous
month similar); export market prices have improved to US$890940 per MT (up 3.39% against previous week/up 7.27% as of last month similar).
Within this week domestic market classic whey prices were UAH7,908,00 per kg (same as within previous week, but up 10.99% as of last month similar), while
export prices have improved to US$840870 per MT (up 1.79% as of last week/up 16.64% against previous month similar).
Within this week Ukrainian home/export markets’ whey demand continued growing up, with whey demand characterized with especial growth.
It is to be admitted, Ukrainian home/export markets’ whey prices were boosting up due to producers’ low reserves.
