Ukrainian Market / Maize

Within reporting week feed maize market EXW-ex-elevator basis purchase prices have hoisted to UAH1,650–1,820 per MT; prices depended on shipments regions, contract conditions, seller status (middleman or producer) and purchasers demand volumes.   

On CPT Black Sea/Azov Sea ports basis, feed maize purchase prices have grown to UAH1,850–1,950 per MT, depending on lots, quality and shipments urgency.

All that shows that Ukrainian feed maize purchase prices have, once again, reached food maize. 

Within reporting week feed maize export price was about US$260 per MT, FOB (food maize - US$270 per MT, FOB); most export sale/purchase operations were made averagely at  US$263–268 per MT, FOB.
