Source: Agrarian Fund going to start grains export in Mar

Agrarian Fund is going to begin grains export in this year Mar, reported Ministry of Agrarian Policy source this Fri.
«Agrarian Fund will start grains export shipments in 23 weeks,» reported source.
As to source, until 2009/10 MY Fund can export 0.5 mn MT and below grains.
As earlier reported, within autumn 2009 Government permitted Agrarian Fund to export up to 0.5 mn MT (20062009 crops) from State Intervention Fund.
As to Cabinet decision, Fund should have exported grains at average price not below average price formed on accredited commodity exchange markets up to export contracts within 3 last grains trade sessions (and not below average purchase price fixed at Aug 01/09) with grains storage/transportation expenses taken into account.
Besides, Cabinet also decided that Ministry of Agrarian Policy should have made grains export schedules; as to Cabinet, grains should have been shipped out only through State-owned port elevators.
