The Cabinet of Ministers has authorized departments of agriculture development of district state administrations to monthly redistribution of unused funds allocated from the budget for partial compensation of native mineral fertilizers cost. This reads the Cabinet’s resolution ¹931 dated July 11. The document amends order on use of the budget funds, which are allocated for partial compensation of value of domestic produced mineral fertilizers in 2007. Particularly, the Agricultural Ministry of Crimea and chief departments of regional agriculture development were authorized to monthly redistribute unused funds for partial compensation of domestic mineral fertilizers cost between districts. Districts, with respect to defined list of farms, entitled to such compensation, will redistribute unused state budget funds proportionally to the areas as of January 1, 2007. The funds are distributed within monthly volume of assignations between farms, which had used the funds by the date of report or had submitted applications for such compensation. At this, annual limits of funding for each enterprise should be specified for relevant sum for redistribution. Reportedly, on April 20 the Cabinet has amended the procedure of use of budget funds for partial compensation of mineral fertilizers cost by the resolution ¹645 and entitled the agrarian ministry to redistribute funds during nine months in proportion to farmlands within an enterprise eligible to compensation based on actual use of budget funds allocated for partial compensation of cost of native mineral fertilizers. The procedure of compensation of mineral fertilizers was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on February 9, 2007.
