Ukrainian agrarians to participate within 43rd International Food & Beverage Exhibition FoodEx Japan 2018

Within half a year, the Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food has been actively working with those Ukrainian agricultural producers who are ambitious enough to be eager to enter the Japanese market, Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food reports.
It is to be admitted, this work has been made by the Ministry as part of the project to support the export of the Ukrainian food and beverages to Japan «We are opening the market of the country where the sun rises». This work included, among other thinhs, an information session held at the Ministry as of last year end, whose participants had an opportunity to discuss the potential and prospects of entering the Japanese market.
Thus, as a result of this preliminary work, Consulting Integrated company will, within this year Mar 6–9, 15 Ukrainian foods’ producers will be represented at the Ukrainian FoodEx Japan 2018 booth by Consulting Integrated company.
At the same time, 7 other Ukrainian producers (SHABO, Agrofusion, Veres Group, AgroLeader, Honey Bee trade and Galfrost) will take part within the FoodEx Japan 2018, using their own stands.
It is to be admitted, within their visit to Japan, the Ukrainian producers are scheduled to have meetings with representatives of the Ukrainian Embassy within Japan and Japanese associations, as well as B2B meetings with distributors.
Also, besides the negotiations, some events to help the Ukrainian producers to expand the knowledge about the Japanese market: thus, visiting of 10 retail stores, meetings with Japanese experts and organizations are scheduled.
