Obolon Mar beer output up 36%, to 7.2 mn dl

Listed among 5 biggest Ukrainian beer/soft
drinks producers, brewery Obolon (c. Kyiv) this year Mar has grown beer output to 7.2 mn dl, up 36.2% against last year Mar, reported Obolon press-service.
As to press-service, this year Jan-Feb brewery total beer output equaled to 16.4 mn dl, up 21.8% as of last year similar.
As earlier reported, within this year Feb Obolon had boosted beer output to 5.2 mn dl, up 4.4% against last year Feb.
Company 2005 total beer output had boosted to 76.8 mn dl, up 37% as of 2004.
In 2005, Obolon had enlarged brands portfolio and enhanced domestic market share to 26.2%, up 3.7% as of 2004. Company 2005 beer export boosted 24.6% against 2004.
Brewery most well-sold brands are Obolon Light beer and Zhyvchik soft drink.
It is to be reminded, Ukrainian Jan-Dec 2005 beer output had grown to 237.97 mn dl, up 44.434 mn dl (+ 23%) against 2004.
