Yatseniuk declares management of all State-owned companies to be appointed in open tender

"We have decided that from now all heads of State-owned companies will only be appointed in an open tender. A head of a State-owned company will be selected publicly and live," Government Portal reports quoting the Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk as sharing an interview with the program Facty tuzhnia with Oksana Sokolova on ICTV.
As to the report, Yatseniuk reminded that he had instructed to convene a general meeting of shareholders of the company Ukrnafta and other State-owned companies, «where it is necessary to distribute the dividends as well as get to the treasury.»
«Ukrnafta will have a new management that should be selected according to an international audit, by professional people with a strong international reputation,» he stressed.
As to him, all financial decisions on all State-owned companies will be taken in the same way.
As to the report, Yatseniuk emphasized that there would be one and only approach to all State-owned companies.
«The state is re-establishing its control. We will set a new high-quality foreign management. We respect the rights of other shareholders. We are receiving and distributing the dividends,» he said.
