President Yanukovych: Ukraine would not meet today's challenges without overcoming corruption

Ukraine will not stand various todays challenges, until it overcomes corruption. This was stressed by President Viktor Yanukovych during a last week meeting of the Committee for Reformation and Development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the military-industrial complex.
«A top-priority task of today is development of security sector,» Viktor Yanukovych stressed. He also said that any military conflicts in close proximity to our border are unlikely. However, the President said, there currently exist other threats, whose realization could lead to even greater losses than from war. The issue concerns, in particular, an increase in the scope of terrorism, cyber attacks and organized crime, he said.
