State Reserve to transform grain storage base ¹ 88 into bakery integrated plant due to having installed 50t/day mill

State Material Reserves Committee has decided to install in 2005 a 50t/day milling complex at grain storage base № 88 (Poltava region) with its further converting into bakery products integrated plant, reported Myckola Pisotskiy, State Reserve Chairman.
As to Pisotskiy, State Reserve plans substantial reinforcing of State Reserve companies grain processing/flour production base.
As earlier reported, in 2004 State Reserve had processed into for flour 380.000t food grain instead of planned 500.000t; State Reserve created 5 months food grain reserve due to having purchased over 1 million tons of 2004-crop grain.
In 2003 State Reserve on Cabinet commission purchased ≈ 1 million tons grain.
In 2004 agrarians have harvested 41.7 million tons grain against 20.2 million tons in 2003. Domestic food grain market annual capacity is 67 million tons.
