Yushchenko insists on meat/sugar output raising

As to Oleksandr Shlapak, Deputy Head of the Presidential Secretariat Mon press-conference report, President Viktor Yushchenko insists on Ukrainian agrarian products output maximal growth. “President insists we should raise Ukrainian agrarian output as much as possible. It goes about grain, meat and sugar,” declared Shlapak. Shlapak reminded presently global market food articles prices conjuncture is rather tough and therefore Ukraine should use this chance to make its agrarian market key/most promising one in country economy development supporting. Besides, Yushchenko also insists on doing all possible to make State strategy maximally contributing to Ukrainian goods producers development, says Shlapak. As earlier reported, Yushchenko had suspended 0.3 mn MT sunoil export quota (fixed by Cabinet until this year Jul 1).
