Kazakhstan. the volume of investments into an agriculture will make the order 12 billion roubles

The total amount of investments into an agriculture in 2007 in Kazakhstan will make the order 58 billion tenge (100 òåíãå=21,18 rbl.). Chairman of board of joint-stock company has declared it(this) at press conference " National holding " ÊàçÀãðî " Alikhan Smailov, informs " Kazakhstan Today ".
A.Smailov has specified, that 27 billion tenge (nearby 5,7 billion rbl.) from a total sum will be directed on financing of construction of large objects of agricultural branch. " We plan financing construction of grain terminals for next year in poti and Amirabake, a mill complex in Baku, factories on manufacture of bioethanol and a biodiesel engine in the north of Kazakhstan, five feeding complexes, the enterprises cotton klastera in area YUKO Maktaaralskom, pilot projects of dairy farms and expansion of port Aktau ", — it(he) has specified.
" We have already given corresponding(meeting) budgetary applications through minselkhoz, it is here again very important, that the republican budgetary commission has supported(maintained) us ", — A.Smailov has continued. At the same time it(he) has emphasized, that the national holding now " actively searches for partners on external and in home markets ". " If we shall find such, that, naturally, the size of injections from the state will be much less ", — A.Smailov has told.
" Next week there will pass(will take place) our meeting with businessmen which lift a question: in what branches it is possible to be put, we shall offer them these projects for investments ", — A.Smailov has added. In its(his) opinion there is no sense to limit the external loans which are carried out a part natskholdinga joint-stock company, «KazAgroFinans» and Agrarian-credit corporation.
" For them it is favourable to borrow completely on a foreign market because there is cheaper, and before us there is a problem(task) of maintenance of village accessible, that is cheap, financing. And if it is cheaper on foreign markets, means, we should do(make) it there ", — A.Smailov has explained.
In turn, vice-minister of an agriculture Musin’s Lily has reminded, that in present to year the enterprises which are a part «KazAgro», assume to borrow on external and home markets of the order 33 billion tenge (nearby 6,9 billion rbl.). " 23 billion tenge more (nearby 4,8 billion rbl.) it will be invested in it(this) to year from the budget ", — it(she) has added.
