In Belarus it is planned to create national maslozhirovoj holding

30.03.2007 16:50 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — In Belarus it is planned to create national maslozhirovoj holding, chairman of concern " Áåëãîñïèùåïðîì " Ivan Danchenko has declared at session of presidium of ministerial council of Belarus, the press-service of government RB transfers(transmits). According to I.Danchegko, such holding should unite the enterprises on crop maslosemyan, maslodobyche and processing. Chairman of concern has reminded, that attempt together with areas earlier has been made to create such holding, however it(she) has not received development. As a whole realization of the given idea by 2010 will lead to increase in volumes of manufacture maslozhirovoj to branch in 3 times, the official has noted. Thus the prime minister of republic Sergey Sidorsky has demanded to arrange on increase of competitiveness Belarus maslozhirovoj production. " Today Belarus margarinovaya production costs(stands) 2200 Belarus roubles, Russian — the order of 1600 Belarus roubles. Here to you and a competition ", — has noted S.Sidorsky. The chapter(head) of the Belarus government has demanded also in more details to consider(examine) questions of modernisation Belarus maslopererabatyvayushchikh the enterprises, coordination of their work with foreign markets of given production. " For last 2 years export Belarus maslozhirovoj production has decreased in 32 times ", — the prime minister has emphasized. In S.Sidorskogo’s opinion, it is important to consider(examine) also questions of scientific maintenance regarding development of new compoundings maslozhirovoj production. The volume of financing of actions on modernisation and reconstruction of the organizations maslozhirovoj branches of Belarus for 2007–2010 will make $74,5 million, has noted I.Danchenko. As he said, plans stipulate reconstruction and modernisation 10 operating(working) and construction of two new maslozhirovykh the enterprises. In particular, it is planned to increase capacities(powers) on manufacture of vegetable oil. It assumes introduction of new «know-how» margarinovoj production, increase in capacities(powers) on packaging vegetable oil. It is supposed to increase capacities(powers) on processing maslosemyan rapsa up to 419 thousand t by 2010. According to I.Danchenko, today in republic there are not enough capacities for maintenance of processing of the expected volume of manufacture maslosemyan rapsa. For 4 years in Belarus the volume of manufacture of this raw material is provided to be increased in 2,5 times (up to 479 thousand t in 2010). It 145–150 thousand t rapsovogo will allow to make(produce) in 2010 oils(butters) and to satisfy need(requirement) of republic for it(him). It is planned to increase also volume of manufacture vegetative butilirovannogo oils(butters) in 2010 up to 70 thousand t (today — 5,3 thousand). As a whole the basic purposes of the program are the maximal maintenance of republic with vegetable oil, maintenance kombikormovoj the industries vtorsyrem a domestic production, increase of competitiveness of production Belarus maslopererabatyvayushchikh the enterprises, creation of corporate structure in this branch.
