Latvia: support svinovodstva

According to " Latviyas ratings ", the government of Latvia has supported(maintained) offered by the ministry of agriculture of the amendment to rules of the state support of an agriculture 2007 and orders of their delivery. The project of amendments provides a new kind of grants(manuals) — the single grant(manual) of 120 armour (1 ëàò=48,82 rbl.) for the sow that would give the help of pig-breeding branch and has prevented a face of breeding sows.
At present in Latvian svinovodstve there was complex(difficult) conditions in which has resulted(brought) a number(line) braking development of branch of factors not only in local scale, but also in the general(common) food market of EU.
The situation in branch is complicated with that fact, that slaughterhouses have reduced purchase of alive pigs at local manufacturers and the further realization pork tush, therefore is complicated, as the enterprises buy(purchase) cheaper imported meat. According to, number of the hammered pigs in February, 2007 in comparison with February of the last year has decreased on 20 %.
As well in the European market still there is no forage for cattle, and the prices on grain grow. The negative factor was droughty weather in 2006 after which the grain yield has decreased that has adversely affected work of breeders not only in Latvia, but also in many other things the EU countries.
Planned actions will be financed from accessible means, and in the second half-year the estimation of introduction of this order will be lead.
