08.10.2019 19:32 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — As to the Ukrainian regions’ data, the regions’ experts estimate the country 2019 autumn field work complex financial resources’ necessity as much as UAH138.3 milliard - what means this year the country agrarians financial resources’ need is up UAH16 milliard against last year. It is to be admitted, the Ukrainian agrarians carry out their field work mainly at their own expense. In meanwhile, as of this year, the agrarians are provided with UAH126.7 milliard of their own resources (91.6% of total necessary). So, the agrarians face the financial resources UAH11.5 milliard deficit (which the agrarians are going to compensate by attracting UAH7.4 milliard bank loans and UAH4.1 milliard commercial loans). It is to be reminded, the regions’ experts estimated the country 2019 spring field work complex financial resources’ necessity as much as UAH134.2 milliard (what means this year the country agrarians financial resources’ need was up UAH18 milliard against last year). As of 2018, the Ukrainian agrarians financial resources’ necessity was UAH5,779 per ha (up against UAH4,846 per ha as of 2017).
