Sao Paulo cane sugar crop major part to be used for ethanol

Within this MY, the state of Sao Paulo (Brazil) sugar plants are going to harvest 4.1 million tons cane sugar, with most of the cane sugar to be processed into ethanol, Ukrainian National Association of Sugar Producers says referring to the news website G1 report.
As to the report, the Sao Paulo sugar plants’ managers admit this year cane sugar yield is up against last year similar. As to managers, as of this year Apr, the Sao Paulo cane sugar sown areas had faced strong rains, which though having had somewat delayed the cane sugar harvesting have yet prompted its yield growth. Thus, as of this year May, the Sao Paulo cane sugar yield has grown by 5.58% against last year similar.
