As to experts, prices boost is motivated mainly by domestic vegetables reserves’ active shortening (which has actually has led to the Turkish greenhouse vegetables’ import growth).

It is to be admitted, ‘borshch basket’ includes 1 kg (each) of all the vegetables used to cook borshch - that is beets, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onions.
