Ukrainian cows raw milk yields up

Within Jan-Nov 2018, Ukrainian cows’ raw milk yields were going up; besides, highest/extra grades’ milk output was also going up, Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food reports.
Thus, within Jan-Nov 2018, Ukrainian agricultural companies cows’ raw milk average annual yield has grown to 5,595 kg (up 0.7% against 2017 similar 5,555 kg) due to the agricultural companies having had improved their raw milk output technologies and dairy herd qualitative indicators.
Besides, Ukrainian agricultural companies have boosted their qualitative raw milk sales by 1% to the domestic dairy processors. Thus, within Jan-Nov 2018, Ukrainian dairy processors have risen their extra grade milk output by 33.8% (highest grade 7.8%).
It is to be admitted, within Jan-Nov 2018, all Ukrainian raw milk producers (all kinds’ ownership) have produced in total 9.457.2 million tons raw milk (down 1.9% against 2017 similar 9.637.6 million tons).
