State Statistics Service: Ukrainian inflation down

As of now, the Ukrainian inflation is getting slower due to, among other factor, domestic foods and light industry goods prices’ lowering, Government Portal says referring to the Ukrainian State Statistics Service report.
Thus, as of this year Feb, the Ukrainian base inflation index has declined to 0.6% (down against this year Jan 0.7% and last year Dec 0.8%).
As to the report, since early this year, Ukrainian base inflation is 1.3%.
As to the report, Ukrainian domestic market this year Feb meat, eggs, and sugar prices have declined against this year Jan. However, at same time, domestic market this year Feb bread, sunoil, butter and milk prices have slightly (about 1%) grown against this year Jan.
As to the report, within this year Feb on Ukrainian domestic market only fruits (up 6.8%) and vegetables (1.5%) have faced a seasonal growth against this year Jan.
As to the report, within this year Feb on Ukrainian domestic market clothing and footwear prices have dropped by 2.8% against this year Jan and down 6.6% against last year Dec.
