Martyniuk: Ukrainian total agroindustrial complex reforms will take place within farming development framework

As of yesterday, the 28th Congress of the Association of Farmers and Private Landowners of Ukraine, participated by Ukrainian First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Maxim Martyniuk and Ukrainian Deputy Minister for Development of Agriculture and Cooperatives Victor Sheremeta, took place in Kyiv, Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food reports.
It is to be admitted, the Congress was participated by the farmers from all over Ukraine.
While speaking within the Congress, the farmers told that an advance farming is the future of the Ukrainian agriculture; through the paradigm of family farms development, the Government is considering all the reforms and innovations within the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex, from the establishment of the State support programs up to the definition of the land market model.
«The State agricultural strategy has been approved, with all its necessary components: an appropriate concept for the development of farms and a UAH1 milliard budget support program. This integrated approach is to assure the development of rural areas, the creation of new jobs and the formation of the skilled entrepreneurs within the rurall areas,» Martyniuk admitted.
As to him, now the Association of Farmers and Private Landowners is one of the most influential and effective Ukrainian associations, and farmers’ close cooperation promotes the development of effective management decisions within the agribusiness sphere.
