Groisman: Gov approved agrarian sector support main programs

As of today, while speaking within Cabinet meeting, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman has said the Government, within the framework of the stipulated by the Ukrainian State Budget and the programs of economic development, implements real agricultural sector support programs, Government Portal reports.
It is to be admitted, the domestic real agricultural sector provides a fifth of the Ukrainian total output.
«We are introducing a number of decisions that will allow us to really support the agro-sector and allow it to grow,» Groisman admitted.
As to him, real agricultural sector total support is over US$6 milliard, with money being directed to various spheres.
"We are sending US$2.5 milliard for the construction of dairy products’ complexes and farms. Through these funds, we will provide UAH loans at an effective rate of about 3% up to 5 years. Or we will compensate about 30% of the cost of the dairy products’ complexes and farms brought into operation.
Thus the number of farms will boost, and we will boost the livestock and the produced products’ lots, " he said.
