Ukraine, Czech Republic to deepen scientific cooperation

Ukraine and the Czech Republic will deepen scientific cooperation and establish the joint committee on scientific and technological cooperation, Ukrinform says referring to Ukrainian Education and Science Ministry press service report.
It is to be admitted, the agreement on scientific and technological cooperation was signed in Prague on Dec 19, 2011 between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Czech Republic. However, the agreement must be ratified by the Verkhovna Rada for the document to enter into force.
As to the report, the agreement stipulates that Ukraine and the Czech Republic will jointly train specialists in the field of technology, conduct scientific researches and participate in the international programs. In addition, the sides will exchange scientific and technological information, scientists and will conduct joint workshops, conferences and exhibitions.
