Groisman says domestic machinery output is to be efficiently prompted

As of last week, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman hold a meeting devoted to the issues of promoting of the Ukrainian specialized automotive equipment, Government Portal reports.
As to the report, the meeting participants pondered, in particular, on the plans to satisfy the needs of the Ukrainian State agencies in the specialized vehicles.
Reportedly, following the discussion, the PM commissioned Ukrainian First Vice Prime Minister/Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv and the National Industry Development Committee to develop a system of incentives to spur Ukrainian industrial production.
«We need a high-quality system to stimulate domestic output,» Groisman stressed.
Besides, Groisman stressed the necessity to ensure high quality of the equipment being produced and purchased.
«It is vital for us to achieve the output high quality. For anyone who uses the machinery it is necessary to transport and rescue people,» he emphasized.
«With each vehicle that has passed the whole output cycle the quality must be improved. This will allow us, apart from other things, to expand the horizons of export potential of our domestic mechanical engineering,» he added.
Besides, while considering the needs to renew the fleet of the Ukrainian firefighting equipment, the PM noted it was crucial to elaborate a medium-term program of such purchases.
