Ukraine needs a model to restrain consumer prices, Groisman says
09.02.2017 10:14 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) —
It is vital for Ukraine to build a model that would keep consumer prices down, Government Portal says referring to the Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman reports.
«We must pay more attention to the prices’ monitoring,» he said.
As to the report, Groisman pledged the Government would keep an eye on the situation within the country.
Reportedly, Groisman noted that the Ukrainians complain about price hikes for different items, for example dairy products by 2030%.
«It is important the wages’ growth shouldn’t be set-off by prices’ boost.
Today, having a free market, we can compensate for any consumer demand,» he stressed.
