Prime Minister pledges Gov to prepare another 'package of destruction' for by-laws impeding businesses

As of today, while speaking within a Cabinet meeting, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman has said the Government will prepare ‘a package of destruction’ for regulations determining the Ukrainian business activity and contained in the ministries’ by-laws, Government Portal reports.
As to the report, Groisman has supported a proposal of Ukrainian Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko to cancel those ministries’ decisions which create barriers for business, adding it is necessary to elaborate yet another «package of destruction» for all similar regulations.
«I suggest that we do it with participation of the Ministry of Justice, the Cabinet Secretariat, the regulatory service [the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine] and ministries. That is, we will summon a group of three structures to separate these things and abolish,» Groisman explained.
The Prime Minister noted that now the Ukrainian economy is overregulated.
As to him, now Ukrainian regulatory acts contain provisions not only from the Soviet times, but also those adopted within 1990–2000 - and they are now «being used by those who are creating obstacles for doing business».
It is to be admitted, earlier today the Cabinet has adopted a decision on the simultaneous cancellation of over 360 regulations and restrictions which hampered the Ukrainian business sphere development.
