15.08.2016 16:11 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) —
As of today, while commenting on the delay with the launch of the Ukrainian e-Declaration system, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman said all the decisions necessary for the full-fledged launch of the electronic declaration system should be taken promptly, Government Portal reports.
«Thus, the system of electronic declaration has started working today, though, unfortunately, without the certificate of the Ukrainian State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection. As was claimed by the NACP [National Agency on Corruption Prevention], the software has sufficient program modules for submission, storage and publication of the declarations, as required by law, so it can begin to operate,» Groisman said.
«Regarding the drawbacks which hampered to launch the system in its full-fledged form. First, all the necessary decisions to settle this situation must be adopted and implemented within the shortest time possible. And, second, up to my commission, the Ukrainian National Agency on Civil Service is currently engaged in an official investigation to find the persons involved in the attempts to hamper the electronic declaration system to be launched in a timely manner. By the investigation results, we will draw conclusions,» the PM stressed.
«But, in any case, the electronic declaration system will be operating in Ukraine!» Groisman emphasized.
