24 regions May butter prices down 0.1-5.2%, to UAH11,03-18,08 per kg

May retail sale network butter prices have declined to UAH11,0318,08 per kg (down 0.15.2%) in 24 regions shops as of Apr, reported Ministry of Economics. As to report, within May butter prices have grown only in Kirovograd region shops, to UAH13,47 per kg, up 3.9% against Apr. As to Ministry of Economics, within May most expensive butter (UAH18,08 per kg) was sold in c. Kyiv shops, while most cheap butter (UAH11,03 per kg) was sold in Lviv region shops. As to report, May butter prices have lowered to UAH10,3314,22 per kg, down 0.411% on 18 regions markets against Apr; within May butter prices have simultaneously risen to UAH11,7514,15 per kg, up 0.615% on 6 regions markets as of Apr. As to Ministry of Economics, May maximal (UAH14,22 per kg) and minimal (UAH10,33 per kg) butter prices have been registered correspondingly on Zaporizhia region and Lviv region markets. As earlier reported, this Apr retail sale network butter prices had declined to UAH11,6117,19 per kg (down 0.25.9% against this Mar) in 12 regions shops; this Apr butter prices had lowered to UAH10,3114,28 per kg (down 0.18% as of this Mar) on 16 regions markets. 2005 butter output had boosted to 117, 330 MT, up 2,945 MT (+ 2.6%) as of 2004.
