Ukraine resumes gas imports from Poland

Ukraine has resumed gas deliveries from Poland, totaling 0.3 million cubic meters per day, UNIAN says referring to the country gas transportation system (GTS) operator Ukrtransgaz press secretary Maksym Biliavskiy Facebook report.
As to the report, in order to replenish its gas stocks ahead of the heating season, from this year Jul 16, Ukraine has increased gas imports from Slovakia fourfold, up to 8.8 million cubic meters, and resumed gas imports from Poland.
«Ukraine on Saturday resumed gas supplies from Poland to 0.3 million cubic meters a day and once again increased fourfold its imports from Slovakia to 8.8 million cubic meters a day,» Biliavskiy wrote.
